Wrong letter
Some people received a wrong letter. DUO said that these people fall under the new civic integration law, the “Wet inburgering 2021”, but this doesn’t apply to everyone. Because of this, DUO stops sending letters until the problem is solved. DUO will send a new letter with the right information as soon as possible. Read more about this on rijksoverheid.nl (in Dutch).
